Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for your product purchase. Also, If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item, we will refund the difference.

 

Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:

• Purchases must be made from www.OldWorldNewStyle.com
• Low price guarantee cannot be applied to previous orders.
• Price Match must be done at the time of sale.
• Product is not a closeout, discontinued or clearance item.
• Product is in stock and available for shipment from the competitor.
• Products must be identical (quantity, brand, color, etc.)
• Advertised price is from an online Authorized Retailer for that item
• Competitor must be an online store; they may not have a retail location.
• Site cannot be a discounter or auction website (eBay, Overstock, etc.)
• Price must be published online; verbal price quotes are applicable.
• Price includes in-home delivery with setup and excludes sales tax.
• Offers such as rebates, coupons and bogo are not eligible, and cannot be submitted for Price Match.
• Due to the high shipping minimums of our superior shipping service, the price match policy is only effective for items over $699 per item.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our competitors' website within six months from purchase date. We will process the credit accordingly.
