As soon as you place your order with Old World New Style, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This lets you know that we have received your order in our system, and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Immediately upon receiving your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Upon confirming your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (1-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. On the off chance that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail.
Once we confirm that your order is in stock, and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided during check-out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at orders@OldWorldNewStyle.com.
We at Old World New Style want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so we use only top-notch delivery companies in the continental US. Your order will be shipped using one of two different shipping methods: Ground Shipping or Truck Freight services.
Please note: we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US island territories at this time.

Smaller items will usually be shipped via regular ground shipping (UPS or Fedex). Typical transit time is between 1-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the continental United States.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery (for deliveries requiring a signature). If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@OldWorldNewStyle.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Items that are too large, fragile or heavy to ship with UPS / FedEx will ship with large freight parcel carriers who specialize in furniture delivery. We select the best team of carriers for your delivery. Larger sized items (or those typically weighing over 50 pounds) will be shipped via truck freight. Truck freight transit times are usually between 3-10 business days (not including pre-ship time), and are delivered during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
The freight carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery window. In most cases you must be at home to receive your order.
Once your product is delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. For heavy items please make sure that you have assistance to remove it from the delivery truck. Some freight carriers may offer a liftgate to lower the items from the truck to the ground.

Open the box and carefully inspect the item upon arrival, before signing the delivery papers, and before the freight carrier leaves. If you see clear damage to both the packaging and product, please note this damage on the carrier’s paperwork (both the packaging and product damage must be noted), take photos, and refuse delivery of any damaged cartons.
If you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days, and there may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned to the manufacturer for credit (to the card used for the purchase) minus return shipping fees.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for your product purchase. Also, If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item, we will refund the difference.

- Competitor must be an online store; they may not have a retail location.
- Site cannot be a discounter or auction website (eBay, Overstock, etc.)
- Price must be published online; verbal price quotes are applicable.
- Price includes in-home delivery with setup and excludes sales tax.
- Offers such as rebates, coupons and bogo are not eligible, and cannot be submitted for Price Match.
- Due to the high shipping minimums of our superior shipping service, the price match policy is only effective for items over $699 per item.
